Welcome
to Whistler's Official Accessible Travel web site for people with
Disabilities and all Abilities visiting Whistler and BC. Canada.
We
are the original creators for "Accessible Tourism" in
Canada since 2001...!
Whistler
for the Disabled was created by Hugh Tollett in 2001 well before
the 2010 Paralympics and Olympics were awarded in 2003 to help
Enhance the lives of People with Disabilities who visit or live
in Whistler.
Providing
Accessible Travel Information, Assistance and Support to those with
Disabilities and their Families as well as to Seniors or anyone
with a Temporary Disability. Creating the first Model for Accessible
Tourism in Canada.
We
have been very proud to be the Official Go To people for Accessible
Tourism and Whistler's Accessibility on the Official Vancouver2010.com
website now for close to two years.

Hugh
became Deaf in 2001 due to NF2
Neurofibromatosis, Type 2. which gave him the idea to start up a
web site to promote Whistler as an "Accessible Destination"
for the whole World to come and visit no matter their Abilities
or Disabilities.
